As a Tax Supervisor, you will:

Manage client engagements from start to finish; including projecting, planning, supervising, directing and completing tax projectsReview individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns in accordance with firm and professional standardsPartner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issuesProvide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returnsIdentify and mitigate tax risksDevelop and train team members to help them build inspired careersAttend networking and continuing professional education seminarsAssist with initiatives of various firm committees

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA preferred
  • Four to six years of similar experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong multi-tasking skills 
  • Ability to work extended hours as necessary
  • Travel locally to/from engagements, which may include overnight travel as needed
