Full Job Description

**$5.00 PER HOUR PLUS TIPS**

Responsibilities: Provides quality service to all restaurant guests. Provides Accurate, Efficient and Friendly Food and Beverage service.

Duties:

· Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed.

· Must be able follow proper clock in/out procedures.

· Must be dependable and punctual.

· Must be organized.

· Have a positive attitude,

· Establish and maintain relationships with guests,

· Completes all opening and closing duties as outlined in specifications.

· Refers communication, guest feedback, and any potential or real guest dissatisfaction to the Manager.

· Ensures the cleanliness of area at all times.

· Must be able to handle money and follow approved cashier procedures.

· Must be able to work as a team member/team player.

· Must have initiative and be self-directed.

· Must be able to learn and understand the menu, current specials and any potential 86'd items.

· Must have clean working habits and personal hygiene.

· Greet, Seat and Service all guests.

· Resets clean china, glassware and silverware during guest service.

· Writes guests checks accurately and uses computer program to assist in getting orders to the kitchen and properly charging the guest.

· Demonstrates the appropriate up selling techniques.

  • Maintain high level of sanitation set forth by local health department and company standards.
  • Understand and Follow all pour laws (to ALE / company standards)

· Performs other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience in a restaurant, hotel restaurant, golf course or club house operation
  • Bartender Experience Preferred – Willing to work with the right candidate.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • TIPS certification a plus.

NOTE: This Golf Course and Country Club operates seven days a week and hours will be adjusted per season. Candidate must be aware that at times it will be necessary to move from their accustomed shift per business needs. Candidate must also understand that business determines the amount of hours that will be needed to operate. Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time.
