Retrofit Service Company is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. The technician role is primarily responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC Systems. Benefits Include company issued vehicle, tools, iPad, cell phone, supplied PPE, and some prevailing wage work opportunities.

Responsibilities:

-Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

-Work efficiently with the Dispatch Team.

  • Ensure the tasks are accomplished in a timely manner

-The individual must maintain safe work practices in accordance with OSHA standards.

-Respond during On Call rotation

Qualifications/Certifications:

-3+ years previous experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician or journeyman level abilities

-EPA Type II (Required)

-NATE certified preferred

-Valid driver's license with a good driving record

-Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

-Ability to handle physical workload

-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

-Perform duties with minimal supervision in isolated areas

-Working knowledge of iPads and/or computers and Internet based programs to perform daily work and required annual training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $55.00 per hour
