Position Summary: The Product Replenishment and Operations Coordinator – Safety plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a culture of safety across multiple locations. This position oversees product replenishment, manages safety recordkeeping systems, coordinates employee training, supports safety meetings and policy updates, and ensures driver qualification compliance under DOT and company policies.

Essential Job Functions

Manage product replenishment for Siouxland, Topeka and Western to ensure timely stock availabilityManage software for safety recordkeeping and notification systemsSchedule and distribute OSHA and supplemental training modules to employeesTrack training completion and follow up with employees as neededTrack completion of daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse safety audits and follow up on outstanding itemsMonitor certifications for equipment operators (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) and implement necessary training Support the Director in bi-monthly safety meetings, including notetaking and follow-up actionsAssist with updates to safety policies and proceduresAssist in accident/incident investigations and maintain organized documentationProcure and manage safety supplies, PPE, and training materials for all locationsHelp develop and implement emergency action plans and facilitate emergency drillsResearch and distribute weekly "safety moment" emails to promote safety awareness Coordinate DOT driver qualification processes, maintain driver files, and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance Monitor non-DOT driver compliance, including license expiration and vehicle insurance coverage per company policy Conduct annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) inquiries for all driversPerform other duties as necessary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of analytical support experience or bachelor's degreeAbility to work independently, with little supervisionKnowledge and ability in the use of a personal computer and software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)Effective oral and written communication skillsSkills in organizing and prioritizing work and tasksAbility to gather and combine information, where necessary, including numerical data from multiple sources and filter it to the appropriate individualsAbility to provide attention to detailAbility to multitaskAbility to work with others

Working Environment

Work generally takes place in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.
