Position Overview

We're hiring in-office Sales Representatives with proven experience in the Merchant Cash Advance industry.

This is a commission-only position for motivated professionals who understand the MCA process, can build strong client relationships, and are confident in closing deals.

We're looking for someone capable of stepping into a leadership role. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a Team Leader position, helping to train and guide new sales representatives as our company continues to expand.

Applicants must have prior experience in MCA sales. Please do not apply if you do not have MCA experience.

Responsibilities

  • Hit the phones daily and pitch like a pro
  • Set appointments or close deals on the spot
  • Stay organized and track performance through our top-notch CRM
  • Collaborate with a driven team of closers who share your fire
  • Master objection-handling and build momentum daily
  • Work closely with our back-office team to ensure seamless deal processing

Requirements

  • Proven success in MCA sales, funding, or related financial services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
