Join our dynamic team as a Courier Driver, where you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery services You'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and ensuring their packages arrive safely and on time. Your driving skills and commitment to excellent customer service will shine as you navigate routes and manage deliveries with precision.

What you'll do

  • Drive a box truck to deliver packages to various locations, ensuring timely arrivals.
  • Load and unload packages with care, utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary.
  • Maintain an organized delivery schedule by planning efficient routes for maximum productivity.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Handle heavy lifting and moving of packages, ensuring all items are secured for transport.
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries, including any issues or delays encountered on the route.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and timely dispatch of shipments.

Basic qualifications

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or equivalent driving certification.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle confidently.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
  • Experience in driving box trucks or similar vehicles is beneficial.
