Job Summary:

The Information Technology (IT) Associate provides support to the organization's technology infrastructure and end-users, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of IT systems. This role involves the day-to-day managing hardware, software, and network systems, resolving technical issues, and assisting in the implementation of new technologies. The IT Associate will work closely with team members across departments to troubleshoot issues, enhance IT services, and maintain the security and integrity of data and networks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network related issues.

· Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, etc.)

· Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure software and systems align with project requirements

· Assist in deploying software updates, plugins, and license renewals for design tools

· Identify and mitigate cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities

· Provide basic IT training and onboarding support to new employees

· Develop user manuals and documentation for common troubleshooting tasks

· Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with software licensing agreements

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55, $60,000.00 per year
