We're looking for experienced construction professionals to join our growing team as
Project Managers
and
Superintendents
. These roles are responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, safety, and client satisfaction on projects up to $15 million.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects—from planning and buyout to completion
  • Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
  • Lead project teams in estimating, scheduling, and field execution
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and progress reporting
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and trade partners through our TEAM BUILD approach

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience; degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and cost control
  • Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software (e.g., Timberline, Bluebeam, Autodesk, MS Office)
  • OSHA 30 and First Aid certifications preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and client service
