Description
:

• Should have extensive knowledge in the Quadient Inspire product suite - Designer, Scalar and Interactive.
• Hands on experience in WFD creation, format file using Inspire to design the print layout, setting up Interactive.
• Should have experience in all aspects of the software life cycle using Quadient Inspire suite.
• Experience with data modules, workflow creation, writing rules, scripts, data transformations within the Inspire Designer is a must.
• Should create and design forms in Inspire Designer based on the business specifications.
• Define Automation and Scalar workflows for automatic processing of input data files and change set processes.
• Define Omni-Channel outputs
• Generate SMS and Email communications with Quadient Cloud
• Assist in resolving internal/external inquiries related to input/output requirements, intended usage, strategic planning, and alignment of these elements to internal checks, controls, and quality assurance
• Assist with data file analysis
• Contribute to the upkeep and consistency of internal documentation related to issues, resolutions, usage topics, and training Quadient Developers
• Participate in the process of gathering requirements and meetings with the client and in software design sessions along with other software developers and programmers. Deliver end-to-end print applications solutions based on Inspire Designer. Good oral and written communication skill, Customer interaction skill and collaborative team working. Preferred experience in Specialty Insurance domain or Commercial Insurance domain.

Roles and Responsibilities
:

• Utilize Quadient Inspire Designer, Scalar, and Interactive to develop and maintain customer communication solutions.
• Design and implement print layouts using Inspire Designer, including WFD creation and format file setup.
• Configure and manage Interactive templates for dynamic user-driven communications.
• Develop and automate workflows and data transformation processes within Inspire Designer to efficiently process input files, implement automation strategies, and support business logic for streamlined communication delivery.
• Design and implement Omni-Channel communications, such as print, email and digital formats, leveraging Quadient Cloud for generating Email outputs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide support for deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
