Given our continued growth, we have an immediate role available for an experienced and highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Sustainment Support team for one of our product families. In this role, you will have a chance to grow your skills as you support the continued production of one of our advanced product lines. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a great team to support cutting-edge hardware fielded on the most advanced Military Platforms.

Activities day to day will vary and may include:

  • Leading a Mechanical Engineering team to support various products in the product line
  • Leading and peer reviewing issue resolution for mechanical product defects
  • Independently perform mechanical engineering duties such as drawing reviews, tolerance analyses, and other mechanical analysis
  • Driving product yield and affordability improvements
  • Working in partnership with a cross functional team to ensure on time deliveries of quality products to support the War Fighter
  • Interfacing with Program management and the Customer

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Mechanical Engineering degree and 4+ years experience, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to research and apply mechanical engineering principles and theories to solve complex mechanical engineering problems
  • Ability to support products through the design process, through transition to production, and sustainment
  • Ability to multi-task and utilize resources on your team to solve issues in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Motivated self-starter with leadership skills and ability to effectively work in a team environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability
  • Ability to close on discrete tasking in a timely manner and lead others to closure - Own the Design
  • Experience presenting technical information to program teams and/or customers

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Active Secret Clearance HIGHLY PREFERRED

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $ $

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
