Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Hospital Receptionist at Jersey City Medical Center, located in Jersey City, NJ. The Hospital Receptionist will manage appointment scheduling, handle incoming calls, maintain a welcoming front desk presence, and assist with administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities also include liaising with patients, staff, and visitors while ensuring a professional and compassionate environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling and receptionist duties
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and medical office procedures
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
