Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires a strong background in Sheetrock & Painting, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment homes, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Carry out general facilities maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, sheetrock repairs/finishing and minor electrical.
  • Engage in residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic quality of facilities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of maintenance shops.

Experience

  • Proven experience in maintenance roles.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
  • Familiarity with ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools for electrical troubleshooting.
  • Previous experience is a must, demonstrating leadership capabilities in a team setting.

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
