Maintenance Supervisor – Relief Role (Omaha, NE)
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and motivate teams while providing leadership coverage across all departments. This fast-paced, flexible role supports production by stepping in for supervisors and driving impactful maintenance projects. You will identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ensure smooth operations. The ability to work any shift is essential.

- Setting the Pace – Help to maintain work plans that support and improve plant equipment reliability. Because of your organizational skills and strategic thinking, we will drive toward the future with confidence.

- Strategizing to Win – Direct, train and develop maintenance team members for their assigned areas and shifts. With a commitment to helping others succeed, we'll accomplish gr-r-reat things.
- Driving Efficiency - Use problem-solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve or mitigate maintenance issues. You will take particular care in diagnosing issues and hammering out successful solutions.
- Impacting Results - Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principles.
- Taking a New Angle - Identify, implement, and document maintenance and reliability best practices. By guiding us toward methods that work, you will help us aim for excellence every day.
YOUR REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED and related work experience
- Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP software
- Ability to effectively communicate and solve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work any shift as needed depending on the needs of the business.
Salary Range: $75,560 - $95,700
Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
