Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our team In this role, you will be the vital link between our warehouse operations and our valued customers. Your energetic approach will ensure timely deliveries, exceptional customer service, and smooth warehouse functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving expertise with hands-on warehouse tasks, contributing directly to our company's success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle to deliver products to customers across designated routes.
  • Load and unload goods using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols.
  • Assist in warehouse organization by moving inventory, stacking pallets, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries by addressing questions, ensuring order accuracy, and representing the company professionally.
  • Follow route schedules diligently to meet delivery deadlines while adhering to traffic laws and safety standards.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
  • Support warehouse team members with manual lifting, moving heavy items, and preparing shipments for dispatch.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving familiarity.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating a box truck or similar commercial vehicle is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Warehouse experience including the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and route planning best practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
