Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food Runner Busser to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth service flow and providing an exceptional guest experience. Duties

  • Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are maintained
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • Assist servers with bussing tables, refilling beverages, and providing additional support as needed
  • Handle food safely during transportation and service, adhering to all food handling protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas, including side stations and service areas
  • Provide excellent customer service by attending to guest needs courteously and promptly
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to facilitate smooth operations during busy periods

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is required
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices
  • Experience with banquet service, bussing, or kitchen operations is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Customer-focused attitude with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance
  • Prior experience in hotel or culinary settings is beneficial but not mandatory
