Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a leadership or supervisory position
  • Strong knowledge of sales presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales goals
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and product demonstrations, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage accounts and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies and drive business development initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to junior sales staff, ensuring organizational goals are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90, $175,000.00 per year
