About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of industrial solutions from post-sale through delivery and customer handoff. This includes overseeing hardware and software deployments, coordinating across internal and external teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys translating business needs into action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of industrial solutions, including hardware/software implementations, integrations, and client onboarding
  • Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers during project implementation
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Support to align on project requirements and deliverables
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, risk logs, work breakdowns, and status updates
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and data protection       standards
  • Coordinate logistics and onsite installation efforts with field engineers and third party vendors
  • Support pre-sales activities by contributing to scope definition, proposals, and client-facing presentations

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred focus in Informatics, Systems, or Industrial Engineering)
  • Experience: 2–4 years in project administration or implementation in a technical or       industrial environment
  • Technical Knowledge: Data analysis, database systems, networking, programming, BI tools
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and networking software intermediate to advanced)
  • Languages: Spanish (fluent); English (advanced proficiency required)
  • Travel: Not required
