Las Vegas Premier Marketing is a fast-growing, locally owned marketing and sales firm specializing in direct, face-to-face wireless sales. We proudly partner with major national wireless and internet providers to bring competitive services directly to consumers across Las Vegas.

We are currently hiring Phone Sales Representatives to join our retail team. This is a full-time, in-person position — not remote and not a call center role. You'll be working directly with customers in-store, helping them find the best solutions for their wireless and internet needs.

Location & Schedule

  • Work inside designated retail partner stores across Las Vegas, NV
  • Full-time schedule including weekdays and weekends
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work locations

What You'll Do

  • Engage face-to-face with customers in a retail environment
  • Promote wireless and internet services and explain plan options
  • Customize solutions based on customer needs and usage
  • Highlight current deals, promotions, and product features
  • Close sales confidently and accurately process orders
  • Build trust and strong customer relationships
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies
  • Represent our company and national partners with professionalism

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Base Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour (based on experience)
  • Uncapped Commission: Additional earnings based on performance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable starting conversations and handling objections
  • Motivated by performance-based pay and goals
  • Must be available to work full-time including weekends
  • Able to stand for extended periods in a busy store environment
