We're seeking a Community Outreach Marketer to build strong relationships with local physicians, schools, and community organizations across Maryland to help more families access our services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with pediatricians, psychologists, schools, and community centers to increase client referrals.
  • Conduct regular visits to referral sources to share information about our ABA services and programs.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations).
  • Track outreach activities and report on referral growth and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with the clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth referral and onboarding processes.
  • Identify new outreach opportunities and develop strategies to expand brand awareness in local communities.
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Background check clearance required upon hiring.

  • 2+ years of marketing, outreach, or community relations experience — healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with in-person networking and presentations.
  • Self-motivated and organized with reliable transportation for travel within Maryland.
  • Passion for helping children and families access high-quality behavioral health services.
