The Ring team is looking for a passionate and talented iOS Software Development Engineer who has experience building world-class mobile apps.

You will be responsible for developing mobile application that interacts seamlessly with our devices and delight our customers.

Our goal is to provide the best possible experience to our customers, building solutions and supporting new products that help Ring on their mission to make neighbourhoods safer.

Key job responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain our iOS mobile applications

- Work with team members to investigate design approaches, prototype technology and evaluate technical feasibility

- Be part of an agile development process to deliver high-quality software

About the team
You will join a team that drives the launch of innovative products in the Ring/Amazon ecosystem. With creative technology and an ambitious roadmap, this is a rare opportunity to shape the future of home security for millions of users.

Working on exciting new features and fully owning some of the most visited and core experiences in the Ring app, our team is always looking to learn and innovate. We frequently collaborate with cloud, firmware and other mobile teams to solve problems, come up with solutions and delight our customers.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
