ABOUT THE ROLE
The Corporate Security Compliance Manager plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing the organization's security posture. Reporting directly to the Director of Security, the Corporate Security Compliance Manager is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and oversight of security strategies, policies, and programs across all Nooks facilities and business segments. The Security Compliance Manager will lead security teams, standardize security best practices, and drive continuous improvement in security operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the Industrial Security Subject Matter Expert (SME), assisting in security strategy and policy development that improves workflow efficiency while maintaining compliance standards.
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments evaluating compliance and security processes to identify gaps, reduce risk, and strengthen security posture.
- Serve as the authority for security doctrine and compliance, including Standard Practice Procedures (SPP).
- Capture OPSEC performance data, generate KPIs, and refine OPSEC strategy.
- Oversee and manage personnel security (PERSEC) operations, including clearance processing, eligibility and access management, indoctrinations/debriefings, and continuous evaluation in compliance with NISP, DoD, and agency-specific requirements.
- Operate as the enterprise administrator for the information management system, overseeing configuration, system management, and developing detailed end-user training.
THE SKILLSET:
- Expertise in Industrial Security with experience in security strategy development, policy enforcement, and program oversight.
- Strong proficiency in NISP/NISPOM compliance, personnel security clearance processing and access management, DISS and NBIS/eApp systems, and insider threat reporting.
- Experience leading risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with construction security doctrine, materials, methods, and best practices.
ELIGIBILITY + CLEARANCE
You must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret eligibility.
Salary Range for all departments
Salary Range $140,000—$170,000 USD
