Job Title: Groundskeeper (Mowing, Maintenance & Odd Jobs)

Location: Calallen Area

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoy working outdoors. This position involves maintaining the appearance and safety of our grounds, including mowing, landscaping, and completing a variety of odd jobs as needed. If you take pride in keeping outdoor spaces clean and well-maintained, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns and turf areas.
  • Maintaining flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping features.
  • Removing weeds, debris, and trash from the property.
  • Performing general grounds maintenance tasks.
  • Assisting with minor repairs and maintenance tasks (painting, fence repairs, etc.).
  • Handling seasonal clean-up, including preparing grounds for winter and spring.
  • Assisting with setting up and breaking down outdoor events or activities (if applicable).
  • Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment, ensuring it's in safe working condition.
  • Completing various odd jobs as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or similar outdoor maintenance role preferred.
  • Ability to operate lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of outdoor maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
