HR and Recruiting Assistant

Superclean is looking for an HR & Recruiting Assistant to join the team This person will provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, and general HR coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
- Schedule interviews and assist with recruiting coordination.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials.
- Process new hire documentation, including I-9 verification.
- Track HR data and prepare routine reports.
- Maintain personnel files and ensure document compliance.
- Order office and HR supplies and track inventory.
- Coordinate access badges, equipment, and onboarding logistics.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Director and leadership team.
- Cover reception breaks and answer phones as needed. Provide coverage when receptionist is on vacation.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of HR or recruiting experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required); HRIS experience a plus.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
