As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential communities to help foster a secure environment for residents and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor the premises for any unusual or suspicious activity and report findings promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Work closely with management and residents to address concerns and provide information regarding security-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Follow all post orders, policies, and procedures provided by Allied Universal and the residential community.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
