Business Analyst (Direct Hire)
**$90K- $109K/year or more DOE**

*100% onsite at DISA in Ft. Meade, MD*

*Requires an active SECRET security clearance to start*

Kelly Government Solutions is hiring for a business analyst supporting DISA Nexus at Ft. Meade, MD. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Functional Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements across Agile and SDLC environments
• Serve as liaison between government stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of requirements
• Support ServiceNow process improvements and automation initiatives
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and assist in backlog management, sprint planning, and requirements tracking
• Utilize GitLab or ServiceNow for documentation, change tracking, and workflow management
• Support testing efforts by validating requirements and acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience supporting IT and cloud environments
• Active Secret Clearance required
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and GitLab or similar tools preferred
