Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solutions Analyst - EPIC (Revenue Cycle) located in Indianapolis, IN with some work from home flexibility. The Solutions Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, performing data analytics, and providing support for EPIC revenue cycle applications. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify system requirements, enhancing system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance of revenue cycle operations.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Data Analytics proficiency
  • Business Analysis and Business Process expertise
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with EPIC revenue cycle applications is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
