Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of managing or administering enterprise application deployments, security policies, configuration baselines, and endpoint privilege management along with Root cause analysis, change management, and technical documentation experience.

  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP

Responsibilities

  • Level 2/3 server and desktop support
  • Patch management
  • Management of AD, Azure and M365
  • General networking and VPN maintenance
  • Configuring and managing Group Policy Objects
  • Managing Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune and SharePoint
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and diagrams.
  • Monitoring system performance, availability, and security across the network
  • Remaining updated on best practices and industry standards

Pay range of $ $31.25 per hour is based on qualifications and experience.
