About the Role:
We're seeking a
Principal SQL Architect
to lead database architecture and strategy for a premier
Healthcare Government client
. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SQL, Azure, and modern data engineering frameworks, driving scalable solutions and ensuring top-tier performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex database design and optimization (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
Architect and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (SSIS, ADF, Databricks).
Mentor developers and enforce best practices in SQL and data governance.
Drive performance tuning, data security, and high availability architecture.
Collaborate with leadership to align database strategy with business goals.
Qualifications:
10+ years leading enterprise-scale SQL architecture projects.
Strong experience with
SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Azure Data Factory, Python, DAX
.
Expertise in
healthcare data systems
and government environments.
Certifications in
Azure Database Administration
or
Big Data technologies
preferred.
