We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir's implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's current and prospective user bases. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world's hardest problems

Responsibilities

  • Provide desk-side training to analysts.
  • Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting
  • Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.
  • Attend and provide assistance during briefings with senior leaders (inclusive of the possibility of occasional Saturday morning briefings)
  • Provide support in addressing Requests for Information (RFIs) and answering questions from senior leaders
  • Identify valuable workflows for analysts and gain an understanding of their specific needs and how that can translate to Palantir product
  • Aid analysts in the development and enhancement of geo-spatial tools to facilitate insights, informed decision-making, and responses to various operational question

Qualifications

  • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
  • Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration (preferred but not required).
  • Prior experience Palantir Gaia (essential knowledge required) and Foundry (debugging capabilities preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time if needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Demonstrated experience working within the Department of Defense, including joint capacities and interactions with high-ranking military officials.
