Handyman - North Orlando

Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs at Burger King restaurants
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues or needed repairs
- Install, repair, or replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks
- Repair or replace damaged drywall, flooring, or tiles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Experience:
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation and own tools
