Bludso's BBQ in Santa Monica is seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and cooking our delicious barbecue dishes with precision and consistency, ensuring that our guests receive delicious meals in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of barbecue dishes following established recipes and guidelines
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients
  • Support the team in maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is required
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Strong knife skills and experience working with meat.
