Over the years, we have had the privilege of assisting over 1000 families in our community. As a licensed provider by the state of Colorado, we offer In-Home Support Services (IHSS), and we are fully accredited by both the state and ACHC to deliver Aide services, CNA support, Skilled Nursing, and Therapy Services.

We are currently seeking a dedicated aide to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care in a home setting. Pay: $21-$22 with overtime and the option to cover other shifts when needed

Shifts: 12-hour Day shift 8am-8pm

Responsibilities of the Home Health Aide (HHA) role include:

· Assist as assigned with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting and elimination, and adequate nutritional intake.

· Assist as assigned with ambulation, transfers and/or range of motion exercises.

· Ability to lift up to 100 pounds

· Light Housekeeping

· Recognize and document changes in client condition and report to supervisor.

· Read and record client temperature, pulse and respiration as assigned.

· Provide Medical Oversight to ensure our clients remain safe and free from injury.

Qualifications

· Work positively in a team environment and favorably with patients, families and staff

· 1 year Home Health experience preferred

· Knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to homecare

· Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

· Must be well organized and demonstrate the ability to prioritize job demand
