Veteran Therapy Network is seeking therapists to provide therapy to Veterans through telehealth. Veteran Therapy Network is a member of the VA Community Care Network, providing in-network mental health services for Veterans with VA healthcare coverage.

Therapists deliver much-needed care to extremely deserving populations and gain access to referrals directly from the VA.

How Does National Veteran Therapy Network's Telehealth Therapy Platform Work?

  • Veterans are referred with prescriptions for multiple appointments – typically weekly sessions over 6 months, or weekly sessions for a full year.
  • Pay is $75 per 60-minute appointment for licensed counselors (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) and $90 for an initial evaluation.
  • The therapist assigned to a VA referral performs ALL prescribed appointments, creating earning potential of up to $1,965 for each 6-month referral and up to $3,915 for each 12-month referral.
  • Veteran Therapy Network handles all billing, claims, and resubmissions, so you can focus on care, not paperwork.
  • Therapists must accept a minimum of a five-client caseload and provide quality care for the full duration of the referral (6 or 12 months, with the possibility of extension).
  • For therapists with five clients, weekly expected pay is $375 and monthly expected pay is $1,500+.

Requirements

  • Must be state licensed in Utah as a Psychologist (PsyD), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW), Professional Counselor (LPC/LPCC/LCPC/LMHC/LCMHC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Must be able to provide services independently, without supervision
  • Must possess professional liability insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate minimum)
  • Must have a National Provider Identification (NPI) number (or be eligible to register)
  • Must have a smartphone (iPhone 4s+/Android with password/biometric security
  • Must have a personal computer or laptop to provide telehealth services from a secure and private location
  • Must speak, understand, and write English
