To be considered for this role, candidates must meet all of the following non-negotiable requirements:

  • Active IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) Clearance: Candidates must possess and maintain an Active IRS MBI clearance. Applications without this active clearance will not be considered.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship (e.g., U.S. Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident). Note: Due to the nature of the required clearance and government contract, all applicants must meet all eligibility requirements for a government Public Trust/MBI clearance.

Key Skills and Expertise (Any Combination Welcome)

We are looking for contractors with a strong background in one or more of the following areas:

Developer Focus:

  • Languages: COBOL, Java, Python, JCL.
  • Databases: SQL, DB2, mainframe databases.
  • Platforms: Mainframe, UNISYS, Distributed Systems.

Tester Focus:

  • Experience in creating, executing, and documenting test cases and test plans.
  • Proficiency in test types: System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing.
  • Mainframe to Java modernization testing

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
