Now interviewing for servers for microbrewery with full bar / food in Las Vegas in the Summerlin Area. Seeking full-time and part-time workers for both day and night shifts. Expectation should be 3-5 shifts per week at 24-40 hours total. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE OF BEER AND SERVING IS REQUIRED.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years serving experience with food, beer and cocktails
  • Strong understanding of beer styles and types, flavor profiles, sensory details and origins
  • Vast knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor types
  • Food health, alcohol (TAM) card required
  • Cicerone Certification a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly with a friendly, welcoming attitude
  • Maintain an understanding of the brewery's beer lineup (styles, ABV, tasting notes)
  • Offer recommendations for beer flights, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options
  • Properly pour draft beer and assist with tastings when needed
  • Work collaboratively with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Communicate guest allergies, special requests, and modifications clearly
  • Assist teammates during with running food, clearing tables, and refilling drinks
  • Maintain a clean and organized service station and dining area
  • Sanitize tables and reset them efficiently between guests
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Upsell food, drink, and merchandise items where appropriate
  • Present checks promptly and process payments accurately
  • Handle cash and credit transactions with attention to detail
  • Guide guests through the menu, highlighting signature beers, cocktails, and dishes
  • Provide accurate beer and food pairings
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
  • Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner to ensure presentation standards are met
  • Check back with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and anticipate needs
  • Must be legal in USA to work.

Pay: $12.00 plus tips
