What you'll do

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and food items with flair and precision.
  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
  • Operate the POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
  • Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items are fresh and presented beautifully.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock levels of café supplies.
  • Create a fun and engaging atmosphere for children in the play area, supervising activities as needed.

Basic qualifications

  • Previous barista or coffee experience is preferred but not required; we're excited to train passionate individuals

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that puts guests at ease.
  • Experience in food handling and knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
