Distribution Associate

As a Distribution Associate, you play a hands-on role in keeping our warehouse moving and our customers satisfied. This position primarily works with accessories and small parcel shipments, while also assisting with receiving and unloading larger inbound shipments as needed. Receive, process, and ship accessories and small parcel orders using established warehouse processesPick, pack, and load outbound shipments with a focus on accuracy and qualityVerify carton quality and order details before shipments leave the warehouseAssist with receiving and unloading inbound freight as business needs requireInspect inbound shipments for damage and report issues promptlyReturn misplaced or incorrectly pulled items to proper bin locationsSupport daily put-away tasks, bin consolidation, and inventory organizationMaintain safe stack heights and an organized, clean work environmentFollow all safety, housekeeping, and quality standardsWhat You Bring
One or more years of warehouse experienceExperience using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, or hand trucksFamiliarity with Warehouse Management Systems and data scanning toolsStrong attention to detail and basic math skillsAbility to lift and move materials throughout the workdayComfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentFlexibility to assist across warehouse functions as needed-
