  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources through validation and reconciliation.
  • Provide custom reporting for audits, compliance checks, and incident response.
  • Analyze trends and anomalies to deliver actionable insights and root cause analysis.
  • Optimize BI solutions for scalability, performance, and user experience.
  • Implement security and governance best practices for data access and reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to align reporting with compliance standards.
  • Document processes, data models, and workflows for transparency and audit readiness.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in BI development and data analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Azure services.
  • Hands-on experience integrating data from ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and TMS.
  • Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and auditability.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Power BI Data Analyst Associate preferred.
