What You'll Do:
- Lead projects from planning to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline are met
- Manage on-site teams, contractors, and vendors effectively
- Monitor project performance, including budgets, schedules, and quality standards
- Prepare reports for stakeholders and senior management
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Maximize profitability and efficiency on all assigned projects
What We're Looking For:
- 5–7+ years of experience in real estate project management
- Proven track record managing large construction or development projects
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including working with superintendents
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Real estate experience is a must
- Highly motivated to grow professionally and take on challenging projects
