Overview:

We're seeking a
Licensed Medicare Sales Representative
to support
Medicare Open Enrollment
across
New York City's five boroughs
. This is a
field-based role
focused on outreach, education, and enrollment of new Medicare members. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping others access quality healthcare coverage and thrive in a community-driven, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field outreach and engagement to enroll eligible individuals into Medicare plans.
  • Attend and represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and outreach activities.
  • Provide education and guidance on plan options to members and prospects.
  • Ensure accurate completion of applications and compliance with CMS guidelines.
  • Collaborate with local partners and internal teams to meet enrollment goals.
  • Maintain accurate activity and enrollment records.

Requirements:

  • License:
    New York State Accident & Health Insurance Broker License (required).
  • Experience:
    Minimum 2 years of managed care or Medicare sales experience.
  • Skills:
    Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Languages:
    Bilingual candidates strongly preferred (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Russian).
  • Must be able to
    travel across all NYC boroughs
    for outreach events.
