Mezzanine Club and Catering Manager, Miami Freedom Park

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Manager to join our Mezzanine Club and Catering team at Miami Freedom Park in Miami, Florida. As a Mezzanine Club and Catering Manager, you will oversee the operations of the club department at Miami Freedom Park on event days, providing a memorable experience for our guests.

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. • Hire and train food and beverage team members in the club department
• Develop team members and provide ongoing job performance feedback
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the club's food and beverage team members and operations on event days
• Partner with front and back of house management to ensure event day operations are effective and a success for guests and team members
• Handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, and employment guidelines
• Prepare monthly projection reports; ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place

• Minimum of three years' hospitality management experience required, preferably in a high-volume setting
• Strong managerial and leadership ability
• Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing required
• Financial management, accountability, and budgeting experience required
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• No degree required
