Temporary Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Temporary Licensed Nursing Home Administrator – Wexford Place Assisted Living & Memory Care (Now through End of January)


Senior Star is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to serve in a temporary leadership role at our Wexford Place Assisted Living & Memory Care community. This short-term assignment will run from now through the end of January. Starting pay is $43 per hour and up, based on experience and availability to start.

Responsibilities: Provide operational leadership for Assisted Living and Memory Care services; ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies; support department leaders and associates; maintain strong communication with residents, families, and associates; oversee care delivery, quality assurance, safety, and resident satisfaction; uphold Senior Star's mission and promise—to do for each other with love.

Qualifications: Active LNHA license required; experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care preferred; strong regulatory knowledge; proven leadership skills and the ability to quickly integrate into an existing team; compassionate, people-first leadership style; immediate or near-immediate availability.
