Electronic Security Concepts LLC is excited to announce a career opportunity for a dedicated and experienced individual in the field of security integration. We are actively seeking a professional specialized in design, and engineering of security low voltage systems. This position is designed for a full-time commitment and requires a highly motivated individual prepared to engage in the dynamic environment of security solutions. This is not a remote job opportunity; thus, the successful candidate will be based at our operational headquarters to facilitate effective collaboration with our team and clients.

 The candidate will be directly involved in Design and Engineering of quotes or responses to request for proposals, walking job sites, reading blueprints, and drafting custom designs and pricing strategies for projects of varying scopes. This position seeks to usher in a fresh outlook and propel our company's growth through innovative ideas and diligent execution of duties.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute design strategies to meet or exceed company targets in security integration.
  • Conduct detailed site surveys to ascertain the essential requirements and challenges of security installations.
  • Produce comprehensive and accurate quotes in response to client's requests for proposals.
  • Design customized security systems that include CCTV, access control, intrusion, and fire alarms catering to client's specific needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements and competitor offerings.
  • Participate as project management leader to ensure smooth delivery and installation of security systems.
  • Provide technical and engineering support during both the pre- and post-installation phases.
  • Forge strong relationships with clients by providing expert advice and unmatched customer service.
  • Engage in continuous learning and certification processes to remain a leading expert in the security technology field.
  • Drive the adoption of new processes and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of security solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience and knowledge in security systems integration, specifically regarding CCTV, access control, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
  • Experience with Honeywell, Lenel, S2, .RS2, Hanwha, Panasonic, CCTV just to name a few.
  • Must know excel, Word and learn new programs easy, 
  • Must be able to self-direct and have the motivation to find answers and lead
  • Demonstrable capability in sales, design, and engineering of low voltage security systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Outstanding ability to put together detailed and competitive quotes for all sizes of client inquiries.
  • High energy, go-getter attitude committed to deliver results and drive company growth.
  • Dedication to learning new processes and technologies pertinent to the security industry.
  • Reliable and motivated professional who can manage tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to nurture long-term relationships with clients and co-workers alike.
  • Must be willing and able to walk job sites for evaluations and presentations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with a constructive and innovative approach.
