Senior IT Support Specialist

What You'll Do

As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will:

  • Serve as a primary technical support resource for assigned clients-both remotely and onsite.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Mac and Windows environments.

  • Support cloud tools such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Google Workspace, and Dropbox.

  • Assist with workstation deployments, software rollouts, permissions, device configuration, and system updates.

  • Manage helpdesk tickets, document work, and communicate updates to IT Managers and Client Managers.

  • Lead or support small technology projects, including equipment installation, workstation refreshes, and environmental improvements.

  • Participate in monthly team technical meetings to share insights, troubleshoot challenges, and discuss new technologies.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong experience providing IT/end-user support in a helpdesk, desktop support, or MSP environment.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills; ability to support both technical and non-technical users.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and tasks at once while maintaining calm and professionalism.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, resourceful approach.

  • Working knowledge of:

    • Windows and Mac OS

    • Microsoft Office and Office 365 administration

    • Basic TCP/IP networking concepts

  • Prior customer service experience is required.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
