Position Overview:
Krystle Klear Communications is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Operations Associate to work directly with our executive team. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and can independently manage key operational workflows and client engagement logistics.
You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day operations, from preparing client meeting materials to conducting strategic research and maintaining critical tracking systems. Key Responsibilities:
As Executive Operations Associate, you will be responsible for:
· Client Meeting Preparation:
Research attendees, create agendas, and develop briefing materials on government officials and key stakeholders to ensure leadership is thoroughly prepared.

Market & Competitive Research:
Conduct strategic research to support business development initiatives and inform decision-making.
·
Systems & Tracking:
Build and maintain organizational systems for conferences, events, client touchpoints, and project deliverables.
·
Project Coordination:
Support cross-functional workflows to ensure projects move forward efficiently and on schedule.
·
Priority Management:
Exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment where multiple priorities compete for attention, distinguishing between what's truly urgent and what can wait.

Proactive Communication:
Keep leadership informed of progress, flag potential issues early, and recommend solutions rather than simply surfacing problems.
