Duties

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
  • Conduct repairs on diesel engines, powertrain components, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices to execute repairs including engine overhauls, alignment adjustments, and auto body repairs.
  • Maintain vehicle systems such as brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical components with precision and attention to detail.
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols to complete maintenance tasks efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of all repairs performed using digital systems for transparency and future reference.

Skills

  • Proven dealership experience is preferred or extensive mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair.
  • Deep understanding of automotive electrical systems, schematics interpretation, and electronic diagnostics tools.
  • Skilled in repairing gasoline engines, powertrain systems, and performing complex auto repairs when needed.
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices essential for vehicle maintenance.
  • Knowledge of ADAS technology installation, calibration, and troubleshooting to support modern vehicle safety features.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately while applying mechanical knowledge effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude that fosters trust and confidence in clients' eyes.
