Social Media & Marketing Assistant (B2B Focus)

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

Part-Time: 25 – 30 hours per week (potential to become full-time)

Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing retail and liquidation company seeking a talented and motivated Social Media & Marketing Assistant to help manage and expand our B2B marketing efforts. Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong experience driving product sales across major online platforms and social media channels.

Position Summary:

The Social Media & Marketing Assistant will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that target business buyers, resellers, and vendors. This role requires proven experience selling large quantities of merchandise online and a deep understanding of how to build brand visibility and convert traffic into B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow brand presence across eBay, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Whatnot
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, videos, and promotional content to attract business customers and resellers
  • Assist with live selling events and marketplace promotions
  • Develop targeted B2B marketing campaigns to generate leads and wholesale inquiries
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize listings, ads, and audience reach
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on sales goals, seasonal promotions, and growth initiatives

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience selling and marketing on eBay, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Whatnot

Background in B2B or wholesale sales preferred

Strong understanding of social media trends, e-commerce, and digital marketing best practices

Creative, analytical, and able to work independently

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Compensation:

  • Starting pay $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Part-time (25 – 30 hours per week) with potential to transition into full-time
