Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients , providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar efficiently.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure all health information management protocols are followed.
  • Communicate effectively with staff regarding patient needs and appointments.
  • Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.

Skills

  • Proficient in phone systems with strong phone etiquette skills.
  • Familiarity with dental industry is preferred; training on our software will be provided.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, and insurances.
  • Experience in patient service roles, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
