You are an advisor and partner and build relationships with the client as a day-to-day manager, a brand advocate, and an agency facilitator. We will depend on your strong professional background and experience to steward all elements of the engagement through your natural curiosity, motivation, and desire to drive excellent results.Your ResponsibilitiesEnsure RAPP and integrated agency teams are aligned and working against shared goals.Be a liaison to multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure integration across the business monitoring, projecting and providing innovative solutions to marketing issues.Participate and lead in the presentation and selling through of agency-generated POVs and work.Advocate for the business internally, and keep the agency team informed, focused, and enthused about the work and the business.Manage client expectations, objectives, timelines, and budgets.Manage multiple project deliverables including time and cost estimates.Coordinate team meetings and client presentations as necessary to drive projects forward.Lead by example with positive attitude and supportive management skills for a variety of personalities both internally and externally.Required SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field/ equivalent experience.7+ years of general management experienceDirect marketing and digital marketing or CRM background.2+ years Automotive industry experienceTier 1>3 campaign adaptation/support experience strongly preferredField team support/training and/or dealer marketing experience a plusDemonstrated client management experience and ability to navigate complex client organizations.Comfortable with ambiguity at times (both with clients and internally) be able to demonstrate flexibility and creative problem solving.Very experienced in presenting information both orally and in writing with excellent interpersonal, presentation and written skills.Positive attitude and sound work ethic with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to demonstrate flexibility and creative problem solving.Needs to be a team player, friendly, easy to work with.Needs to be able to handle many different personalities both internally and externally.Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.Ability to work effectively and proactively within a team that is geographically dispersed.Proactive and resilient attitude towards shifting requirements, timelines, deliverables, etc. and proven ability to set expectations for client and support team throughout modifications.Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.Our Hybrid Work ModelRAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. This range is specific to NYC and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
