Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Paver Sealing Technician to join our team at MIA Exterior Services Exterior Services LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality paver sealing services to residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in surface preparation, application of sealants, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring our clients receive top-notch results that enhance the durability and appearance of their paver surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare paver surfaces for sealing, including pressure washing, sweeping, and ensuring proper drying conditions.
  • Sealant Application: Apply high-quality sealants to paver surfaces, ensuring even coverage and optimal adhesion.
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Address minor repairs to paver surfaces (e.g., filling in cracks, re-sanding joints) as part of the sealing process.
  • Customer Service: Communicate with clients on-site to assess needs, explain services, and address any concerns or special requests.
  • Job Site Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
  • Quality Control: Perform post-sealing inspections to ensure a flawless finish and long-lasting protection.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Record Keeping: Complete daily reports of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered on the job site.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of equipment and safety gear.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in paver sealing is preferred.
  • Attitude: Committed to working diligently, treating everyone with respect, and contributing positive energy to the work environment.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of various sealant products and application techniques. Ability to operate pressure washers and other related tools.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail, ensuring quality finishes and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer-Focused: Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Team-Oriented: Works well as part of a team but also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Safety-Conscious: Strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following all safety guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
